Birthday Policy
Cupcakes, donuts, candy, pizza, and/or other edible items, will not be allowed at school to celebrate a birthday. At Spring Hill, like many other schools, we have a large number of students who suffer from life-threatening allergies and other medical needs. As a school community, we work diligently to lessen the chances of an allergic incident occurring and to keep our students safe. We also strive to create an inclusive environment, where all students can equally participate in the school day and activities.
Student Laptops
Computers have been issued to every student. Each student received a charger which should be kept at home. If laptops are taken home, please charge it overnight so it's ready for the next school day. Most days students will need their computers. You should have a case from last year. We ask that computers are always transported in the case and that you work with your child to take good care of the computer.

Please sign the digital resources consent form if you haven't done so. This allows students access to to our FCPS digital resources.

BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT
Back-to-school night is scheduled for August 30th. There will be two sessions: 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Please join me for an in-person presentation! I'm looking forward to seeing you there.
