Homework Packets- A Slight Redesign

Homework packets will be sent home Monday and due every Friday. There will be a cover sheet to list the assignments. Your child will start bringing their computer home to work on our Reflex Math program. Make sure to charge it each night and bring it back the next morning. There will be one review page per day to complete as well.

Thank you for helping make the book fair a success! Thank you for those who purchased books for me. I add new books to my library all the time.

Writing Share Success!

Thank you to all who came out to our first quarter Writing Share. This was a great time. I was so encouraged to see all the support you're giving to your child and our classroom community. Thank you for all who volunteered to help with purchasing food, organizing, and cleaning up. Your efforts are much appreciated!

Wordly Wise Vocabulary Book

You should have received a Wordly Wise vocabulary book in your child's Thursday folder. If you didn't receive one, please let me know. I have decided to make this book optional. This book is for you to keep to help your child build their vocabulary. This book will help listening, reading, writing, and speaking vocabularies and I highly recommend it to enrich your child as a supplemental learning endeavor this year.
